zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove, grated or finely minced

1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper (or more to taste)


Combine all ingredients in bowl, or pint mason jar. Stir to combine.

Enjoy immediately!

Will keep in an airtight container for at least 1 week.
