Oh how I love a good dip. It’s the simplest way to jazz up meat, seafood and vegetables. Plus, it’s a great way to add healthy fats to your keto macros!

This creamy whole30 + keto pesto aioli has been on repeat in our house weekly for the past few months.

Ingredients in Whole30 + Keto Pesto Aioli

This recipe couldn’t be simpler to make. Simply combine my homemade whole30 + keto mayonnaise (SO easy to make!) and my homemade whole30 + keto pesto (would never guess it’s dairy free!).

The 2 combined makes a creamy, smooth, delicious pesto sauce that we love to serve as a dip with cooked chicken, sausages, pork, salmon, you name it!

It’s also great as a spread on a burger or lettuce bun sandwich because it is essentially a pesto mayonnaise.

How Long Does Pesto Aioli Last?

After making it, your pesto mayo will last about 10 days in the fridge, if not longer. Just check for spoilage.

I like making and storing mine in pint mason jars! Perfect size for the amount this recipe makes.

1 batch homemade mayo (about 13/4 cups)

1/4 cup homemade pesto


Instructions

In a pint mason jar, combine the mayo + pesto. Stir to combine.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 10 days.
