Here is my whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 5th week of October, 2019.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $341.26 on groceries. $232.14 at Costco, and $109.12 at Sprouts.
I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.
