This version has everything: fizz, flavor, and that creamy swirl you usually only get at fancy soda shops. Plus, it’s quick to make and even quicker to customize. I use Olipop Vintage Cola for a gut-friendly base with only 3g net carbs, and I love how the coconut and lime flavors play together. It’s a soda that actually tastes like something special.

Ingredients You’ll Need
- Keto-Friendly Cola: I love Olipop Vintage Cola. It tastes just like Diet Coke to me, but it’s made with prebiotics, plant fiber, and botanicals. Only 3g net carbs!
- Fresh Lime Juice: Brightens the drink with a crisp citrus kick. I usually squeeze half a lime right in.
- Creamer: I like Nutpods. Original or French Vanilla are both great. You can also use unsweetened coconut cream if you’d like a richer, thicker version.
How to Make Keto Dirty Diet Coke
Step 1: Fill a large glass with ice.
Step 2: Pour in your keto-friendly cola (I use Olipop Vintage Cola).
Step 3: Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
Step 4: Stir in Nutpods or your favorite keto-friendly creamer.
Step 5: Stir and enjoy! Feel free to garnish with a lime wedge if you’re feeling fancy.
Make It Your Own: Swaps + Variations
- Coconut Options: Use Nutpods, coconut cream, or even a keto-friendly coconut syrup if you have one. Each gives a slightly different texture and sweetness.
- Soda Swaps: I love Olipop, but Zevia, Diet Coke, or another sugar-free cola works too.
- Vanilla Vibe: Want a little extra sweetness? Try the French Vanilla Nutpods.
- Spiked Version: Add 1.5 oz of white rum to turn this into the ultimate low-carb cocktail. It’s perfect for summer Friday nights or backyard BBQs.

Hi I’m wondering sugar free & caffeine free;
coke recipe for soda stream?
Non/Alcolohic Beer?
Hi! I’m not sure about that one. I’d check to see if soda stream sells a syrup for that.
Curdled – the lime and the nut pods didn’t mix well. Do not recommend.
Aww, darn! I haven’t had this happen before. I’ve noticed that mixing the diet coke with lime over ice first, and then adding the nutpods works well for me. If you try again, the colder the milk, the less risk of curdling.
The idea of milk in soda totally made me pause, but OMG THIS IS SO GOOD! Try it with rum, you won’t regret it!
I *totally* get it! But isn’t it amazing? The rum makes it feel like such a tropical vacation!
