Keto Iced Mocha
Keto Iced Mocha Recipe – a low carb creamy chocolate coffee drink that is only 6 carbs! Made in your blender! Paleo, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free, clean eating, real food.
This is the keto iced mocha coffee drink I will be drinking ALL summer long. So much better than a coffee shop. And healthier too! Diary free, and only 6 carbs!
Best part? You make it in your blender. No fancy coffee equipment needed!
I make this coffee every day around 2 or 3 pm as a pick me up. I look forward to it ALL day!
Keto Iced Mocha
I make it using cold brew coffee, which is my favorite way to make coffee. I add in some dairy free creamer, cashews to make it creamy, cacao powder, monk fruit and collagen peptides for more protein and hair health.
Blend it up in the blender, serve it over a TON of ice and enjoy! To make myself feel fancy, I love serving it in a quart mason jar with this mason jar drink lid and this silicone straw.
I feel like I got a fancy coffee shop drink from my own kitchen!

This drink. AMAZING. So easy to make, creamy, full of flavor, just delicious. I didn’t have any monk fruit, so had it unsweetened, and while a little bitter, still loved it. Thanks for yet another amazing recipe!
I love to hear that it turned out delicious without monk fruit Konika. It’s music to my ears to hear that it was creamy and full of flavor! Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it.
Amazing! I can’t get over how delicious this is!!
Isn’t it amazing that something so simple to make can be such a fantastic treat Shannon? So glad you are enjoying it.
I’ve seen your “pours” on Intsagram
and have been excited to try this for awhile now! It’s so yummy! Literally the perfect afternoon treat on a hot day! I always love your “notes” too, they’re so helpful!
I did soak my cashews even though I have a Vitamix. I only added 1/2 Tbsp of monk fruit because I’m trying to cut back on my sweet tooth. This gave it just enough sweetness to bring out the chocolate flavor. I used unsweetened cocoa powder. I didn’t have any collagen peptides, but I think that’d be a great addition nutritionally. And I did blend it with a full cup of ice too! Perfect!
I agree with you, it is the perfect afternoon treat Emily. I love that you reduced the amount of monk fruit to adjust to your taste. Collagen peptides is a fantastic addition for extra nutrition but certainly not necessary.

I am so happy you liked my iced mocha Collette! It has become my favorite afternoon treat! It’s good to know it turned out well without the cashews. These days we are all having to make do with what we have available.
Quick, easy, and a real treat. I also add 1/2 of an avocado for healthy fat and creaminess, and 1/2 of a frozen banana in chunks – it makes it sweeter and thicker – worth the few extra carbs to me!
I am so glad you like my iced mocha Kathy! I love your addition of avocado and banana. That sounds delicious!
This is delicious! I’m doing Whole 30 right now so left out the monkfruit but it definitely took care of my chocolate craving. Now I just need to get some decaffeinated coffee so I can drink this in the afternoon too. Thank you for another great recipe!!!

Delicious! I didn’t have the cashews or monk fruit on hand and it still was so tasty (I typically drink cold brew with just a splash of (whatever I have on hand) milk)! Will be making this all summer!

Amazing! I was too impatient to soak cashews and don’t have a great blender so I just used a splash of heavy cream instead of cashews and coconut milk. I’m not even a huge mocha fan and this is delicious! Thank you!!! Opens up a whole world of things to try and feel like I’m not missing out on Starbucks!
I am so happy you liked my mocha Carolanne! I am so glad it turned out well with heavy cream and coconut milk. It really does satisfy that Starbucks craving.
Natalie, you are the best!!! But, I couldn’t wait until afternoon to give this a try. Yes!!!
I didn’t use cashews. Used original Nutpods. No blender. Added XCT oil. Frothed everything & poured over crushed ice. 4 carbs💕
You nail it EVERYTIME!
I am so glad you tried my mocha Susan! I love that you couldn’t wait to try it. Nutpods work great, one of my favorite products!
