Monday (Memorial Day!)

Sunday Prep

  • Make the whipped spinach feta for the turkey burgers, refrigerate in an airtight container.
  • Make the balsamic caramelized onions for the turkey burgers, refrigerate in an airtight container.
  • Make the thai salad dressing for the Thai salad, refrigerate in an airtight container.
  • Make the rice for the thai curry, refrigerate in an airtight container. Microwave for 5 minutes before serving, fluff with a fork.
