Whole30 + Keto Weekly Meal Plan
Here is my Whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 2nd week of March, 2020.
If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing you how to download them and to fill them out. There are tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!
You can access all my past weekly menus!
Lunches are sometimes using leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) those dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.
This meal plan is very similar to what I’m eating on a weekly basis. A few meals will be different because I’m recipe testing. You can always see exactly what I’m eating every day on my What I Ate monthly recap posts.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $233.67 on groceries. $172.30 at Costco, and $61.37 at Sprouts.
I used Instacart to get my groceries delivered this week, which is so nice with all of the coronavirus issues going on. If you’ve never tried them before, I share all about how to use Instacart here!
I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.

Hi! I recently found your account and so far I am absolutely loving everything. I love the Whole30 concept and Keto, your feed is a perfect match for me. I had a couple of questions.
#1. Are your meal plans for 2 people? some recipes have 4 servings, some 8, I assumed the extra servings were for other meals later in the week, is that accurate?
#2, My hardest step with Keto was having a nutrient balanced meal plan, are your meal plans balanced? in terms of carbs, fat and protein.
Thank you for your time and the amount of passion you obviously have, and congratulations on your achievements.
Thank you so much for your kind words about my site Barbaraan. I am so happy you are enjoying it, you made my day.
To answer your questions, my recipes are typically for a family of 4. When there are more servings they can be used as leftovers later in the week. Yes my meals are balanced in terms of carbs, fat and protein. Here is a link to a post I did on how to track macros that you may find helpful:
