Whole30 + Keto Weekly Meal Plan
Here is my clean keto weekly meal plan for the 3rd week of July, 2020.
If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing you how to download them and to fill them out. There are tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!
You can access all my past weekly menus!
Lunches are sometimes using leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) those dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.
This meal plan is very similar to what I’m eating on a weekly basis. A few meals will be different because I’m recipe testing. You can always see exactly what I’m eating every day on my What I Ate monthly recap posts.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $364.14 on groceries. $225.19 at Costco, and $138.95 at Sprouts.
I get a mix of keto items for me + my husband, as well as non-keto items that my kids love.
I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.

I would love to do this, however the price tag scares me. I have 6 children, and use a lot of filler like quinoa, rice, pasta and homemade fermented sourdough bread etc how can I afford this with a large family? My grocery budget is $800/month (for food only).Â
I’m trying to find an eating lifestyle I can stick to after just having my gallbladder taken out. I’m a sugar addict and I weigh more than I ever have at 40. I know I want to eat clean. However, I’ve done keto in the past and had the most energy I ever had but I got significant leg cramps and constipation.  So I’m scAred to do anything keto. Is this something I’d have to be careful of with how you are eatin?
Congratulations on starting your journey to better health Hillary. I hope you are feeling better after your gallbladder surgery. I would recommend you discuss your diet needs with your physician. I was able to lose weight and feel amazing on the Whole30/Keto diet. I did not experience leg cramps or constipation. I believe the diet is very healthy and loaded with lots of veggies, proteins and healthy fats. I hope your doctor can advise you on the healthiest diet for you. You’ve got this friend!
I am so excited for these to be back! I love the structure of your meal plan and how open and honest you are about cost of groceries per week . Thanks for sharing!
