Whole30 + Keto Weekly Meal Plan
Here is my whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 3rd week of January, 2020.
If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing to to download them, and also how to fill them out. There are also tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!
You can also access all my past weekly menus!
Lunches are always leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) the dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.
This meal plan is very similar to what I’m eating on a weekly basis. A few meals will be different because I’m recipe testing. You can always see exactly what I’m eating every day on my What I Ate monthly recap posts.

The chili and the Thai curry meatballs are both amazing! My husband has lost 18 lbs so far and I’ve lost 11 over the past couple of months following a lot of your weekly recipes. I like how you blend Keto with Whole 30 and I wasn’t even trying to lose weight, was just trying to cook healthier for him he has to lose 25 lbs before having his hip replaced. We are also intermittent fasting and exercise pretty regularly but nothing crazy. Thank you, Natalie, your recipes are delicious, easy to make and don’t make you feel like you ate too muchÂ
I am so happy you and your husband like my chili and meatballs Michelle. That is fantastic that you and your husband have lost so much weight! I am so happy you are enjoying my recipes and weekly meal plans. I wish your husband so much success with his hip replacement. Keep up the great work!
Just wanted to say thank you for your hard work on this blog. I Love it! I follow you on Instagram too. Your Recipes and shopping lists make it so easy for me. Thanks SO much for sharing! I work the night shift and don’t always have the time to plan. You have such a gift.
Thank you so much for your very kind words Tina. You just made my day. I am so glad you like my blog and follow me on Instagram. I just love sharing tips and recipes and it sure makes it worthwhile when it is well received. I am so happy my shopping list are helpful to you. Thank you for letting me know. It means the world to me.
I stumbled across your blog looking for dairy free Keto recipes and oh my goodness!! What a gem of a website you have! I really appreciate all that you’ve got going on here! I love the fact that you keep dairy out. I have 5 kids, and would love to see how you feed your kids too. Mine pretty much eat what we eat, but I’m very curious to see what meals look like for yours, especially at breakfast. Do they eat the same thing every day like you? I feel like my older kids would start to complain. I saw you also said you are a no snack family! Us too! I love this! Please post more on your kids plates too!!
I am so glad you found my website and are enjoying the recipes Emily! Following a dairy free, Keto and Whole30 program has really worked well for me. I do post my kids meals Instagram and have their meals by the month in my Instagram stories. My boys are 4 and 1 so they are still eating lots of finger foods. I do tend to feed them like my husband and I, but with a few tweaks.Â
