Keto Weekly Meal Plan
Here is my keto weekly meal plan for the 4th week of July, 2020.
If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing you how to download them and to fill them out. There are tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!
You can access all my past weekly menus!
Lunches are sometimes using leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) those dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.
This meal plan is very similar to what I’m eating on a weekly basis. A few meals will be different because I’m recipe testing. You can always see exactly what I’m eating on my What I Ate recap posts.

Hello Nathalie, I have been looking at various meal prep sites/blogs and I came upon yours. I love the way you layout your weekly meals and that you provide a meal plan schedule for your readers to download. I noticed that you visually (photograph) your groceries for the week’s meals. Do you ever provide a grocery list for that week’s meal instead of a photo? I think I stumbled upon an older weekly meal plan where you had an actual grocery list. Although the photos of your groceries are great for instagram, it’s hard for me to see your groceries on my small iphone screen when I go shopping and that’s why providing a list would be great too. All the best.
Thanks so much for reaching out to me Linda. I am so happy you enjoy my posts on my weekly meal plans. That is a fantastic idea about including a grocery list with the weekly plan. I don’t know if I will be able to implement that in the near future, but I will definitely keep your suggestion in mind. Thank you so much for the feedback, I really appreciate it!
Love your posts! Thank you for all the wonderful ideas!
