Keto Weekly Meal Plan
Here is my keto weekly meal plan for the 2nd week of October, 2020.
If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing you how to download them and to fill them out. There are tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!
You can access all my past weekly menus!
Lunches are sometimes using leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) those dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.
This meal plan is very similar to what I’m eating on a weekly basis. A few meals will be different because I’m recipe testing. You can always see exactly what I’m eating every day on my What I Ate monthly recap posts.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $398.91 on groceries. I did a big stock up on a lot of items, and am doing tons of recipe testing this week for fall recipes! I spent $200.45 at Costco, and $198.46 at Sprouts. It includes everything I needed for our meals, some household essentials, plus many non-keto items my kids.
I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.

Hi thanks for the great meals .Â
May I ask do you have any snacks throughout the day ?Â
What do you do if you are craving pasta ?
Are there  Any keto deserts that you recommend ?Â
Yes sometimes I do have snacks Wendy. I like nuts, nut butter with berries or Chomps.Â
For pasta cravings I love hearts of palm pasta: https://eatnaturalheaven.com/collections/all?ref=TASTESLOVELY
