Hi, this is really helpful and I can’t wait to try it but as I can’t eat bacon I was hoping you can tell me what can I swap it with? Thank you :)Â
I am glad you find this helpful Nazreen. I am assuming you can’t eat bacon because it’s pork. You could swap out turkey bacon or sausage, even ham. You will have to do a little investigating to find a compliant one if you are doing Whole30 and Keto. You can also swap out any meat of your choice like chicken or steak. You can also just not have the bacon and have the rest of the meal.Â
It looks like fall you into ketosis all this month. Finally, how many pounds you lost?
