Thank you for sharing all your meals!! So helpful! I’m so excited I found you on insta! I have a question? You post your meals but only
Share 2 meals a day? Do you not eat the eggs in the morning?
Thanks so much for the question Mariana. I have been only eating 2 bigger meals a day. I tend to have my first meal at noon, and dinner around 5ish. I sometimes snack in between. I am intermittent fasting so I consume all my meals in 8 hours and let my body rest without digesting food for 16 hours. I have so much more energy and am not hungry at all. I truly feel satisfied and am losing weight steadily. It was hard the first few weeks, but your body does adjust.
I am really happy you found me too!
Omg ! You are so amazing! Thanks you BIG
